1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website acrepairgoa.com or using our AC repair, service, installation, or any other services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our services.

2. Services Provided

Perfect AC Repair provides professional AC repair, service, maintenance, installation, and shifting services for all major AC brands. Our services include but are not limited to:

• AC Repair (Split, Window, Cassette, Central AC)
• AC Service & Maintenance (Cleaning, Gas Refill, Checkup)
• AC Installation (New AC setup)
• AC Shifting (Relocation of existing AC units)
• Emergency AC Repair (24/7 service)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Service Estimates & Pricing

All prices listed on our website, WhatsApp, or provided over the phone are estimates and may be subject to change based on:

• Actual on-site inspection findings
• Additional parts or labor required
• Complexity of the repair or installation
• Travel distance to your location

We provide a free inspection with no obligation. However, if you choose not to proceed with the repair after inspection, a nominal inspection fee may apply.

4. Payments

Payment terms are as follows:

• Payment Methods: Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Bank Transfer
• Payment Timing: Full payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Deposits: For costly repairs or installations, a 50% advance may be required
• Late Payments: Outstanding payments beyond 7 days may incur a late fee

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).

5. Warranties & Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Our warranty terms are:

• Repair Warranty: 1-month warranty on parts and labor for standard repairs
• Service Warranty: 15-day warranty on service quality
• Installation Warranty: 1-week warranty on installation workmanship
• Parts Warranty: Manufacturer warranty applies to replaced parts (typically 3-12 months)

Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or power fluctuations
• Issues arising from existing problems not addressed during service
• Normal wear and tear
• If any unauthorized person attempts to repair the unit

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your AC issue and location
• Ensure safe access to the AC unit (ladder, clear space, etc.)
• Secure pets and children during service visits
• Inform us of any safety hazards at your property
• Make payment promptly upon service completion

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Free Cancellation: Cancel anytime before the technician departs for your location
• Late Cancellation: If you cancel after the technician has been dispatched, a cancellation fee of ₹200 may apply
• Rescheduling: We offer one free rescheduling. Additional changes may incur a fee
• No-Show: If you are not present at the scheduled time, a ₹200 no-show fee may apply

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfect AC Repair shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profit, data, or business interruption
• Damage caused by existing electrical or plumbing issues in your property
• Issues arising from third-party products or services

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service.

9. User Conduct

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff
• Attempt to bypass our payment or scheduling systems
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
• Use our services for any illegal purpose

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Perfect AC Repair and protected by Indian copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

11. SMS & Communication Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive:

• Service confirmation and reminder SMS
• Technician arrival updates
• Promotional offers (only if you opt-in)

You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying "STOP". Transactional messages cannot be opted out of as they are essential for service delivery.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panaji, Goa.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
